Maria Paola Stola manages the special edition of the Fiat 500 Diabolika.

During one of my transits in Italy at the end of July I had the pleasure to participate in an interesting encounter with the designer Maria Paola Stola (the clever and beautiful wife of Alfredo Stola, founder of Studiotorino) at the Salt laboratory. There I got to know, appreciate and touch with my own hands the Diabolika (before it even came out): the captivating personalization of the new Fiat 500 – presented officially on September 12th as a part of the Torino World Design Capital – unexpected union between the famous comic book of the Giussani sisters and one of the timeless Fiat myths, recently re-launched and splendidly renewed. Steve Jobs and his successes in a fantastic mosaic

Translated by Silvia — An incredible mosaic of images of Apple products (even the most recent such as the MacBook Air and the pink iPod Nano) paints Steve Jobs, its CEO and one of the main protagonists of the technological stage of our time.

Made by Charis Tsevis, a very good visual designer from Athens, for the famous American magazine Fortune, that dedicates a special edition to Mr Apple titled “The trouble with Steve”, that I recommend you read (his life, his career and the entrepreneurial risks he is taking today).

An interesting and personalized way of using programs such as Synthetik Studio Artist, Adobe Phtoshop and Apple QuickTime Pro for a result that grandly expresses Apple’s successes and those of its CEO.
